Air Filtration Systems, LLC Return Procedure/Policy
Prior to returning any item purchased on AFS site, Customer must call to request an RGA approval number (Return Goods Authorization). This number must be clearly shown on the outside shipping container. Items that do not have this number on the box will be returned to the sender at sender’s expense.
AFS is not responsible for damage to items in shipping. Sender must file a claim with the shipping company. All returned products must be working properly and if not sender must process a warranty claim with the original manufacturer of the product or a damage claim with the shipping company. Items must be returned in the original packaging and include all parts/accessories.
Contact AFS representative at our 800 number to request RGA # and return form/label. Remember, RGA # must be clearly shown on the external packaging and included on the label inside.
Product must be returned exactly per the instructions delineated in the paperwork provided by AFS Customer Representative.
Item cannot be damaged in any and be in same condition as was received.
90 day return applies to all residential/home air cleaner products that are shipped per the instructions provided by AFS. Return restocking charge of 20% will be applied provided the unit is in new condition and original packaging is used.
30 day return is applicable to all Industrial/Commercial/Hospital products purchased from our website. Restocking charge of 20% will be applied provided the product is in as new condition and original packaging is used.
Air-Filtration Systems offers a minimum of one year on all parts and on most we offer 3 years. This is dictated by our manufacturer’s warranty which we gladly provide upon request.
Forms of Payment -
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover for on-line purchases. We additionally accept certified checks, personal checks and money order.
Air-Filtration Systems will accept Corporate and Government purchase orders that are faxed to 508-263-9017. Please include a contact name, ship to and bill to addresses, quantity of each item and the description/model number shown on our site.
Air-Filtration Systems reserves the right to decline any order or may request additional credit information if required.
Damaged Shipment -
If a shipment arrives damaged please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries and make certain there is no damage.
